Keto Rolls

 Serving 4 rolls, Prep time 10 minutes Cook time 55 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 cups blanched almond flour

1/4 cup psyllium husk

2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast    

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon sea salt





2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar

3 large egg whites

1 cup of hot water

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350, Line your baking sheet with silicone or parchment paper. Whisk together the almond flour baking powder nutritional yeast and salt into a mixing bowl. Mix till there’s no visible clumps. Add the Apple cider vinegar and the egg whites use a silicone spatula. Then slowly pour the hot water in the bowl.  You want to combined all the ingredients and you don’t want to over mix.

Get your hands wet and portion out the Dough  to make the rolls to a good size. Bake for 55 minute  at 350
