Ingredients

Low carb chili


 1 pound of ground beef 

1 cup of tomato sauce

½ cup of beef bone broth

 2 clove of minced garlic

1 tablespoon of chili powder

1 teaspoon of dried ground oregano

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ Teaspoon of paprika

½ teaspoon of fine sea salt

½ teaspoon of ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper





Preparation

If you’d like you can add diced tomatoes and onions

Brown the meat then drain the mean for the excess grease, add the tomato sauce and the diced tomatoes if you would like. Then combine your dry ingredients.Cook on high heat. Once all your ingredients of blended reduce heat and cover and let it simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally
