Protein Lasagna Ready in  50minutes Serves 8 people 561 calories   Ingredients 1 pound of Italian sausage 1/2 pound of ground beef 2 cloves of garlic 32 ounces of marinara sauce 1 pound of ricotta cheese 1 egg 8 ounces of deli sliced chicken breast  1cup of mozzarella cheese ¾ cups grated parmesan Preparation Preheat oven to 425 F Take a medium size pot or your Dutch oven Put the sausage in the ground beef and garlic you can also add onions if you like. KETO  ROLLS  Serving 4 rolls, Prep time 10 minutes Cook time 55 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 1/4 cups blanched almond flour 1/4 cup psyllium husk 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast      2 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon sea salt 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar 3 large egg whites 1 cup of hot water DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350, Line your baking sheet with silicone or parchment paper. Whisk together the almond flour baking powder nutritional yeast and salt into a mixing bowl. Mix till there’s no visible clumps. Add the Apple cider vinegar and the egg whites use a silicone spatula. Then slowly pour the hot water in the bowl.  You want to combined all the ingredients and you don’t want to over mix. Get your hands wet and portion out the Dough  to make the rolls to a good size. Bake for 55 minute  at 350

RECIPE Low Carb Chili Ready in 40minutes Serves 6 people 367 calories   26g fat 25g protein 6g carbs 1g fiber Ingredients Low carb chili  1 pound of ground beef  1 cup of tomato sauce ½ cup of beef bone broth  2 clove of minced garlic 1 tablespoon of chili powder 1 teaspoon of dried ground oregano ½ teaspoon ground cumin ½ Teaspoon of paprika ½ teaspoon of fine sea salt ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper Preparation If you’d like you can add diced tomatoes and onions Brown the meat then drain the mean for the excess grease, add the tomato sauce and the diced tomatoes if you would like. Beignets Ingredients  1 1/4 Cups Almond Flour                                 1/3 Cups Psyllium Husk 2 Teaspoons baking  Powered 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt  1/4 Cups of Powered Monkfruit Sweetener or Erythritol  more for dusting  1/4 Teaspoon of Vanilla 2 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar  1 Cup Hot Water  3 Eggs Whites  Oil for frying    Preheat oven to 350. Use the lower rack in the oven. Line the baking sheet with either Parchment paper or silicon dish if you preferred.  In large mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. Make sure there are no visible clumps.  Then add your egg whites to your dry ingredients. Slowly pour the hot water into the mixture. With a silicone or rubber spatula gently combine your ingredients together but don't over mix.  Once  everything is mixed together then make 8in squares and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 mins.
