Ingredients
1 1/4 Cups Almond Flour
1/3 Cups Psyllium Husk
2 Teaspoons baking Powered
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Cups of Powered Monkfruit Sweetener or Erythritol more for dusting
1/4 Teaspoon of Vanilla
2 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Hot Water
3 Eggs Whites Oil for frying
Preheat oven to 350. Use the lower rack in the oven. Line the baking sheet with either Parchment paper or silicon dish if you preferred.
In large mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. Make sure there are no visible clumps.
Then add your egg whites to your dry ingredients. Slowly pour the hot water into the mixture. With a silicone or rubber spatula gently combine your ingredients together but don't over mix.
Once everything is mixed together then make 8in squares and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 mins. After if you take them out of the oven place in 4inch deep frying pan or a Dutch oven . Make sure the oil is at 370. Fry till golden brown. Place on paper towels to Absorb the extra oil. Once Cooled then dust with powered erythritol.
